Who we are
Insurevista operates this browser game discovery website at play.insurevista.site (the “Site”). This policy explains our collection and use of information in connection with our pages, game guides, embedded games, advertising, and correspondence. For privacy requests, contact [email protected].
Google and third-party game providers process information under their own privacy policies as independent controllers where they determine their own purposes. This notice describes advertising as part of the Site’s service.
Information and purposes
| Information | How it is collected | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| IP address, approximate location, User-Agent, browser, device and operating system | Automatically when pages, assets, games and ads are requested | Deliver the Site, security, compatibility, ad delivery and fraud prevention |
| Page URLs, referring page, visit time, browsing and interaction events, ad impressions and clicks | Server requests and third-party advertising or game technologies | Operate the Site, understand usage, measure performance and advertising |
| Cookie identifiers, device or advertising identifiers and consent preferences | Cookies, local storage and partner technologies, subject to applicable consent | Remember choices, personalize ads when permitted, frequency control and measurement |
| Email address, name if supplied, message, attachments and other information you submit | Voluntary correspondence or information submitted to a provider’s game form | Respond to requests, investigate issues and exercise privacy rights; provider forms are handled by that provider |
No account is needed to browse the Site. Please do not send sensitive personal information, identity documents, passwords, or payment details in general inquiries. Embedded games can collect information directly when you interact with them.
Google and advertising partners
We display advertising through Google advertising services, including Google Ad Manager / Ad Exchange (AdX) and AdSense advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized ads based on visits to this Site and other sites on the Internet.
You can turn off Google personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or My Ad Center. Learn how Google uses information from partner sites and see Google’s advertising technologies.
Other advertising networks and technology providers can participate in Google’s advertising supply chain. The applicable consent message’s vendor list identifies the enabled providers by name and links to their policies; the providers that actually receive data depend on the auction, region and your choices. Google publishes its ad technology provider information and list. Use the privacy or opt-out link for each provider in the vendor list to disable its personalized advertising. You can also use Digital Advertising Alliance choices, Network Advertising Initiative choices and Your Online Choices where available. Opting out of personalization does not remove all ads.
Services and recipients
| Provider or service | Role and data | Privacy and choices |
|---|---|---|
| Google LLC: Ad Manager, AdX and AdSense advertising | Advertising, measurement, fraud prevention; request information, IP, device, cookie IDs and interactions | Google Privacy Policy · Ad settings |
| Advertising partners identified in the applicable CMP vendor list | Programmatic advertising and measurement according to the vendors and purposes you permit | Each named vendor’s policy and opt-out link in the consent message; DAA choices |
| datinginfo.top embedded game service | Hosts the playable game and its advertising at www.datinginfo.top/game/ad.html; receives IP, browser, referrer and game interactions when the game opens | Provider website. Use its displayed privacy or advertising controls. You can browse our guides without opening a game. |
| gamescdn.top game delivery service (oss.gamescdn.top) | Hosts browser game files and assets; receives IP, User-Agent, referrer and game requests when these games open | Provider domain. Review any controls and disclosures inside the game. Contact us for questions about a specific embedded URL. |
| Site hosting and delivery infrastructure | Processes network requests and server logs to deliver HTML, local images and scripts and protect the Site | Contact [email protected] to request processor details and exercise your rights. |
| NetEase / 163 Mail | Processes email inquiries sent to our 163.com mailbox and related correspondence | 163 Mail service and privacy information |
The Site’s own page templates serve styles, scripts and game cover images locally. Site usage analysis uses operational information; embedded games and advertising partners also perform their own analytics. Services inside a third-party game are governed by the provider’s disclosures. A provider’s inclusion here does not make it the operator of Insurevista.
Cookies and storage
Cookies and similar storage can be set by the Site, the applicable consent provider, Google, advertising partners and embedded game providers. Browser controls allow you to inspect the exact cookies set on your device, delete them and block future storage; blocking essential storage can affect a game or preference.
| Category | Who sets it and why | Duration and choice |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary and preferences | Hosting/security systems, consent provider or game provider: security, remembering privacy choices and game functionality | Session storage ends with the session; consent records follow the CMP’s displayed lifetime, normally up to 13 months. |
| Analytics and measurement | Game and advertising providers: performance, aggregated usage and ad reporting | Cookie-specific duration shown in the provider notice or consent message; nonessential storage requires consent where applicable. |
| Advertising | Google and permitted advertising partners: personalization, frequency limits, attribution and anti-fraud | Session or persistent cookies; expiry varies by cookie and provider. See Google’s cookie information and your CMP vendor details. |
Use Privacy & cookie settings in the footer to reopen supported consent controls or access provider and browser choices. Deleting cookies or changing devices can require you to set your choices again. A browser-level personalization opt-out may apply only to that browser.
EEA, UK and Switzerland choices
For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, personalized advertising and nonessential storage require an appropriate legal basis and, where required, prior consent through a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) that supports the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). The applicable first-layer message must explain advertising personalization and provide Accept all, Reject all and a way to manage purposes and vendors. A notice that merely says “we use cookies” is not sufficient.
You can refuse or withdraw consent without losing access to our game guides. Use the footer’s Privacy & cookie settings to reopen the applicable message. Withdrawal applies to future consent-based processing and does not invalidate prior lawful processing. Limited or contextual ads can still be shown subject to applicable rules; nonpersonalized ads can also require consent for storage.
We rely on consent for optional advertising/storage where required, legitimate interests for proportionate security and operations, your request to respond to correspondence, and legal obligations where applicable. You can object to legitimate-interest processing, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, the UK ICO or the Swiss FDPIC.
Retention and security
Our retention limits for information under our control are: routine access and security logs, up to 90 days; inquiry and support correspondence, up to 24 months after closure; privacy request records, up to 3 years after resolution; and de-identified aggregate reports, up to 26 months. Longer retention is limited to a legal obligation, an active security investigation or a legal claim; the data is then restricted to that purpose and deleted when no longer needed.
Cookies expire on the schedule set by their provider, as explained above. Google, advertising partners, email services and game providers control their own records and retention periods under their linked policies; our retention limits do not set their schedules. We use reasonable access controls and organizational measures. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your rights and requests
Depending on where you live, you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a portable copy, and object to processing or withdraw consent. Some US state laws also give rights to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising, correct information and appeal a denied request. Advertising-related disclosures can qualify as sale or sharing under certain state laws even when no money is exchanged.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request,” the Site domain, the right you wish to exercise and enough information to identify the relevant interaction. We may request proportionate verification; we do not require unnecessary sensitive documents. We respond within the period required by applicable law, normally one month for GDPR requests and 45 days for relevant US state requests, with lawful extensions explained to you. You may appeal by replying with “Privacy appeal.” We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
Where a provider is an independent controller, also use its linked privacy contact or opt-out controls. Authorized agents may submit requests with appropriate proof of authority. We honor legally applicable browser opt-out preference signals where supported by the relevant processing system; you can also use provider controls or contact us.
Children and international transfers
The Site is intended for users aged 16 and older and is not directed to children under 16. Do not submit a child’s personal information. Contact us if you believe we have received it so that we can investigate and delete information under our control where required.
Our providers may process data in countries different from yours. For regulated international transfers we use applicable safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, where required. See Google’s transfer safeguards for its processing, or contact us for information about transfers under our control.
Updates and contact
We update this policy when the Site or its practices change. The effective date appears at the top; material changes are highlighted on the Site and renewed consent is requested where required. Contact Insurevista about this policy or your rights at [email protected].
